Description
Looking for an au pair or nanny to join our family from the first week of November 2024.
We are an Australian family Mum Erin with 3 boys (12yrs, 10yrs and 8yrs) and our poodle with a four bedroom home in the Pimpama, Gold Coast, Queensland. We would love to have a visitor to help with our fun and energetic boys, some laundry and cleaning. Great location and plenty of spare time for you to enjoy the beaches and nature. Food & Accommodation supplied :)
Stay with us ,and explore the surrounding areas (Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, Byron Bay)
We would love you to stay with us and be part of our family and experience the Australian family lifestyle.
The boys live with me for one week and then spend one week with their other parent.
We are looking for someone who is easy going, reliable, friendly and experience with children. The boys attend primary school and I am home with them on the weekends.
The boys take the bus to school on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday and Friday, you will be required to walk them to the bus stop in the morning.
Preferably female only, non smoker with good level of English. Minimum 2-4 week stay, if you are wanting a true Au pair/live with an Australian family experience we would love to host you for up to 3 months.
I am a shift worker in emergency services so I am looking for someone to help out with the kids when I go to the gym and to provide babysitting for date nights Approximately 15 hours a week.
Generally I only need your help from 4pm, the rest of the time would be yours to explore this beautiful area. On the week the boys are away feel free to book tours and explore places further away like North Stradbroke island, Northern NSW, Brisbane, Byron Bay and come and go from our home as you please.
We have a bus stop 400m from our home which will connect you to a major shopping centre and train station, and a bicycle available for your use.Types of help and learning opportunities

Help
House hold chores including laundry - washing and folding, we will put away. Vacuuming and mopping twice per week, counters/window seals/ledges etc wipe down once per week, bathroom scrubbed/cleaned once per week, general house tidying, making beds.
Caring for my 3 boys to facilitate date nights or a dinner or evening out with friends or going to the gym. Friday evening babysitting. Looking after 1 or 2 of the boys while I take one of them to their sporting commitments.
Walking the boys to the bus stop 4 mornings a week. Making school lunches in the evening if I am out.Languages spoken

Accommodation
Own bedroom with queen bed and built in cupboards, shared bathroom separate toilet and unlimited internet access. Our food is your food, the house is very well stocked, we'd prefer to eat dinner as a group where possible to talk about our days. All other meals can be eaten when/how you like.

Erin was so kind and friendly, Boys are full of energy and very independent. We played sports in the backyard, played games and baked. On weekends, they took me to the movies, to the beach, and go-karting.
The workers' duties include housework and taking the boys to and from school etc.
